By accessing our website, playing our puzzle games, creating an account, or interacting with our leaderboards, you signify your agreement to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. • All registration information you submit is accurate, truthful, and current.

Daily Gaming Zone takes pride in maintaining authentic, competitive, and respectful global leaderboards. You agree not to engage in any prohibited conduct, including:

• Automated Exploits: Employing automated scripts, bots, headless browsers, solver scrapers, memory injectors, or macros to automatically solve puzzles or inflate scores.
• System Manipulation: Interfering with network requests, reverse-engineering server validation tokens, or tampering with solve timestamps.
• Abusive Behavior: Impersonating other players, submitting profane or harassing usernames, or attempting to compromise the security and stability of our servers.

We employ automated heuristics and fair-play validation algorithms. We reserve the right to void illegitimate solve times, remove accounts from public leaderboards, and terminate accounts found in violation of these standards without prior notice.

Daily Gaming Zone awards virtual Experience Points (XP), streak counters, milestones, badges, and leaderboard rankings for gameplay participation. You acknowledge and agree that:

• Virtual points and streaks have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for real currency, goods, or consideration.
• XP and achievements are non-transferable between accounts.
• We reserve the right to calibrate, balance, or adjust score formulas, leveling curves, and leaderboard seasons as the platform evolves.

All content on Daily Gaming Zone—including software code, puzzle engine algorithms, UI designs, graphics, audio, logos, game descriptions, and written guides—is owned by or licensed to Daily Gaming Zone and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play the games for your personal, non-commercial entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our platform without our express written consent.

Our platform may display third-party advertisements (such as Google AdSense) and links to external websites. We do not control or endorse the content, policies, or practices of third-party advertisers or websites. Your interactions with advertisers are solely between you and the third party.

Daily Gaming Zone is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, statutory, or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
